Xiangcheng, located in the southeast of Henan Province, is a county-level city managed by Zhoukou City, located in the southern alluvial plain of the Yellow River and the middle reaches of Liushaying River, the main tributary of Huaihe River. Zhang Xiao, the vice mayor of this city, is from Henan. Henan borders Anhui and Shandong in the east, Hebei and Shanxi in the north, Shaanxi in the west, and Hubei in the south, showing the trend of looking north and south, linking the east with the west.
