Liu Manwen, 1962, from Harbin. 1982 graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts. He is a first-class artist of Shanghai Oil Painting Sculpture Academy, a member of China Artists Association and a director of China Oil Painting Society.
