Anyone who is not a legal person is not allowed to leave after he is released from prison and can go abroad. Our government has no restrictions on the released migrants, and the restrictions often come from some destination countries or regions, because they have no criminal record, which may prove that they have not obtained visas.

According to Chinese laws, "five categories of people" are not allowed to leave the country, namely:

1, the defendant in a criminal case, the criminal suspect recognized by the people's procuratorate or the public security organ or the people's court;

2. The people's court informs that the unfinished civil case cannot leave the country;

3. Being sentenced to prison;

4. Being reeducated through labor;

5. If it causes great harm to national security or damages national interests, the relevant authorities in the State Council will consider withdrawing.
