In the construction management of No.3 road and go-kart road in the port area of Nanjiang project, I arranged the construction period reasonably, prepared the best mechanical combination and scientific construction technology, so that the mechanical productivity reached over 97% and the direct engineering cost was minimized. 1999, when I was the general manager of Hengshui No.3 Project, with the strong support of senior manager, I carried out post-bid budget, cost forecast and daily accounting. Daily accounting injects the concept of cost into the workers in the workshop, and calculates the minimum daily workload of each workshop according to the construction plan. In the evening, together with the workers in the workshop, calculate the profit and loss of the day and analyze the reasons according to the workload, personnel, machinery and material consumption.
