Zhang Yanfei, male, was born in September 1950. 1974 graduated from the library department of Wuhan University, and then stayed as a teacher. Main research interests: information organization and management. Lectures on "Literature Classification and Thematic Methods", "Continuous Publication Management" and "Introduction to Information Industry". 1985 promoted to lecturer, 1995 promoted to associate professor. Won the third prize of teaching and scientific research achievements in Hubei Province. Participated in compiling the index of China Library Classification (second edition), the revision of Library Classification of China Academy of Sciences (third edition) and the clothing thesaurus. Presided over the research project of the State Education Commission 1 Humanities and Social Sciences, and participated in 2 scientific research projects at or above the provincial and ministerial levels. He has published many academic papers and written many works (including participating works), among which Library Classification won the library society of china Excellent Book Award and the third prize of Wuhan University Excellent Textbook.
