NLP Thinking
Many times, we find that we said the same thing to two people, but got completely different answers. This may be due to their different metaprogram modes. That is, different ways of thinking. Metaprogram is a deeper filtering mechanism.

Everyone we meet will have their own set of metaprogram personality patterns, and understanding these will help us understand and influence their behavior in many workplaces.

For example: personnel management, recruitment and selection, sales, negotiation, speech, guidance, advertising, team building, and daily communication with colleagues.

Sometimes, metaprograms can prevent us from arguing and getting angry with others.

Metaprogram, also called "personality mode", is actually thinking mode and reaction mode. Can be compared to "thinking frame".

"Meta" means change, and these metaprograms may change with the change of the situation. For example, we manage other people differently from our customers, and we react differently to our family or friends.

Metaprogram is related to personality analysis system MBTI. Four characteristics of MBTI: extroversion-introversion, true feeling-intuition; Thinking-emotion; Judgment-intuition.
