Lu, a native of Beijing, used to be a driver of Beijing Shouqi Industrial Co., Ltd. 1983 was sentenced to death for theft, suspended for two years, and his Beijing hukou was revoked. During his prison term, he escaped from prison in February 1994, secretly reconciled a group of released prisoners and fugitives with Dyson Guo and others, and fled to the Sino-Vietnamese border to buy a batch of military guns and ammunition. During this period, he practiced repeatedly, specializing in professional crimes of theft, robbery and murder.

1In February, 1996, Lu organized a theft case in a planned way, discussed the time and place of robbery with his accomplices, and after purchasing equipment, he stopped an armored car of China Construction Bank with his escaped accomplices on February 8, killing a bank employee on the way to robbery, and looted millions of yuan in the car. The robbery was clean and tidy.

Before everyone could react, he and his associates had absconded with the money. Looking back on Lu's whole criminal process, he reacted quickly. It only took six minutes, and after the success of the crime, he didn't stay too long and quickly fled the scene, leaving almost no clues, which made it difficult for the police to investigate and search.

This is the first large bank robbery in Beijing after the founding of New China. The public security department attached great importance to it and immediately launched an investigation overnight. But the gangster was very active and thought of all the escape methods. There was no trace left at the scene, which was quite cunning. Under the careful investigation of the police, although several months have passed, there is still no clue of Lu.

At that time, everyone thought that gangsters should try to escape after robbery, because in the 1990 s, 1 million cash was a huge sum. After everyone's vigilance was relaxed, the gangster unexpectedly reappeared in everyone's sight.

Only four months later, he and his partner appeared again. On June 3rd, 1996, an armored car in Chaoyang District was robbed again by gangsters, and all 760,000 cash in the car was taken away. The whole criminal process only took five minutes.

After the theft, Lu and his accomplices fled the scene with guns. The speed is unimaginable. It is hard to imagine that just a few months later, the suspect boldly committed another robbery, the amount is still not a decimal, and the speed is still very fast. After the robbery was successful, he and his accomplices still fled the scene quickly.

However, no one expected that when the police searched the city, Lu boldly appeared again.

On August 27th, 1996, an armored car was robbed again in Beijing Haidian Sub-branch, killing and injuring four bank employees. The bandits and their party finally fled in a hurry. Although the gangsters returned empty-handed, surprisingly, they dared to go back to the crime scene after committing the crime and observe the movement of the police behind the scene. It is for this reason that these cases have made it more difficult for the police to solve the case. Moreover, because of the speed and frequency of criminals committing crimes, the general public is uneasy.

Theft exposes the whereabouts.

Although Lu and his accomplices have proper tactics, their minds are beyond the thinking of the police after all, and there will always be clues. After careful investigation of the gangster's action track, the police found that the gang always stole cars before committing robbery and criminal activities. This criminal activity track was discovered by the police only after the third crime. During their fourth criminal activity, this clue was finally confirmed by the police and the suspect was arrested.

The gangster's tactics are relatively simple. Before each action, they will steal a car, and then step on it repeatedly to determine the location of the robbery. The idea was seen by the police after the third time, so the police stared at the recently stolen car and followed it. On September 3, when the police were investigating, they suddenly received a report from the manager of a company in Puhui Beili, a seaside area: one of its yellow Nissan 3.0 cars was suddenly stolen. The police who received the news breathed a sigh of relief, indicating that their previous guess was correct, and this shocking robbery finally took shape.

At the same time, the police quickly investigated the stolen vehicles, informed all road sections to guard against death, kept an eye on the stolen vehicles, and arrested the suspects as soon as they appeared.

1996 On the afternoon of September 8th 12, a garage inspector of a hotel in Beijing made a routine inspection as usual. When he just walked to the B parking lot, he suddenly found the stolen Nissan car, so he quickly informed the police. After hearing the news, the police quickly rushed to the garage mentioned by the witness. Teams of policemen are lying in ambush everywhere. Once the gangsters appear, they can immediately surround them from all directions and subdue them.

When all the policemen were staring at it until about 1 half past one in the morning, two hurried figures suddenly got out of the hotel and got into the Nissan car, ready to slip away. Passing 18-wheeler, at this time, the police around were ready, and everyone rushed forward at once. By this time, the gangster had discovered the movement of the police and immediately prepared to drive away. The police immediately fired a warning shot, but no one paid attention. In the blink of an eye, the car in front of him was beaten out of shape. The police immediately caught the gangster and intercepted many criminal tools and a large number of illegal guns from the car.

After the gangster was arrested and brought to justice, the police conducted a surprise interrogation overnight. One of the arrested gangsters is the leader. He confessed his crime and gave a detailed account of the hiding places of other associates. On September 10, the police sent several commandos to arrest separately, and Guo Song and his gang were captured in one fell swoop.

In the end, he died in the hospital because of his injuries, and soon his partner was also sentenced to death. At this point, the sensational robbery was over.
