Xing Kezhi, male,1born on July 26th, 1956, 1982 graduated from the Department of Aquatic Sciences of Tianjin Agricultural University (majoring in freshwater aquaculture). He used to be the deputy director of the Fisheries Department, the director and deputy director of the Institute of Science and Technology, and now he is the president of Tianjin Agricultural University, a professor of the Fisheries Department, a representative of the 11th National People's Congress, a member of the NLD Central Committee, and a vice chairman of Tianjin NLD. 1994, 1994 was identified by Tianjin science and technology commission as the training object of cross-century academic (discipline) leaders.
