One: On the talent website, most recruiters have already recruited people, but the recruitment news is still there.
Two: Recruiters can't finish reading the submitted resumes. Who will search for other talents? So you can't let others see your resume without submitting it.
If your major or other conditions obviously don't meet the recruitment requirements, others generally won't read your resume.
Four: If your resume shows that you have changed jobs several times in a relatively short period of time, others will generally not consider you after reading your resume.
Five: If the reason for leaving your job is "no future" or "low salary", others will generally not consider you. People who find too many reasons for their resignation are generally ignored by others.
