Job description:

1. Responsible for the daily order processing of the distribution center, using the warehouse information management system according to the specified operation flow, accurately inputting relevant data including reservation, receipt, shelving, picking, replenishment, delivery, return, inventory and location change, and generating and printing various operation documents and reports.

2. Be responsible for tracking the goods in transit of the company;

3. Coordinate the handling of abnormal goods in transportation;

4. Have good communication skills and be able to deal with problems with upstream and downstream customers;

5. Be familiar with the operation of basic office software (excel/word) and be able to make basic forms;

6. Conduct market research, including the collection and investigation of market information and supplier information, and establish and maintain customer information.
