Jiang Kemei, 197 1 was born in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, and graduated from the Central Conservatory of Music. Although she majored in banhu, she systematically studied five kinds of huqin performances (Jinghu, Banhu, Erhu, Gao Hu and Zhonghu). 1988, she became famous by holding five kinds of Huqin concerts in Beijing, and was awarded the title of "Five Huqin Masters" from then on. At present, he is the director of folk music department of Harbin Conservatory of Music, and distinguished professor is the tutor of master students.

Jiang Kemei's solo albums of Hu Qin's works include China Banhu, Hu Qin's Light Music, Jing Feng and so on. In recent years, she has also produced many influential national instrumental TV works, among which Yu Ji, Xiao Chun and Across the Han River won the gold medals in the Second, Third and Fifth National Urban Instrumental TV Program Competition respectively.
