Meng Xiande, member of China Musicians Association, member of China National Orchestral Society, band leader of All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and percussion player. He studied Chinese and foreign percussion performances with many famous percussion artists, and visited Europe, Asia, Africa, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and other countries and regions with China Ministry of Culture, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, China Folk Art Troupe and All-China Federation of Trade Unions Art Troupe.

He is not only an excellent percussion player, but also an excellent music educator. He has published many books and DVD teaching discs about percussion and music, with students all over the country. Many students won the first prize in Beijing and national percussion and drum competitions, and he also won many excellent gardening awards. In addition to being the drummer of percussion and electro-acoustic band of All-China Federation of Trade Unions, he also served as the guest drummer of electro-acoustic band of China Children's Art Theatre, the chief percussion of "Wenfeng" modern national band, and the full-time recording drummer of Northern Brothers Culture Company, and was hired as a drum teacher by Beijing Academy for Performing Arts.
