First of all, the four basic information, such as name, gender, date of birth, and mobile phone/phone number, are definitely necessary for the other party to know about you and be able to contact you.

Secondly, if you have a bachelor's degree or above, you can write it in your personal basic information, because a bachelor's degree has become a standard for most enterprises to choose talents. People who graduate from junior college or below do not mean that they are not competitive, but they can't attract the attention of enterprises from their academic qualifications.

Similarly, if you have worked for more than two years and your political outlook is party member, you can write your basic personal information, especially your working years. Most enterprises will pay attention to this person's working years when selecting talents.
