Li Gang, male, born in Beijing, 1956. Director of the Global Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Association. Painter of Beijing Sino-Japanese Painting and Calligraphy Institute. A first-rate artist. Since childhood, he has been obsessed with the art of calligraphy and painting, specializing in Ma Qiutu, a freehand brushwork figure in Tang Dynasty. He was accepted as a disciple by the famous painter Zhang Haifeng and studied hard for many years. In recent years, he has participated in various national exhibitions and won awards. His works were selected in the Grand View of Contemporary Painters' Ink and Wash.
