Sites for religious activities listed as cultural relics protection units or located in scenic spots shall manage and protect cultural relics and protect the environment in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, and accept the guidance and supervision of relevant departments.

The establishment of a place for religious activities shall meet the following conditions:

(1) The purpose of establishment does not violate the provisions of Articles 4 and 5 of these Regulations;

(two) local religious citizens have the need to carry out collective religious activities on a regular basis;

(three) there are religious personnel who intend to preside over religious activities or other personnel who meet the requirements of this religion;

(five) the layout is reasonable, in line with the requirements of urban and rural planning, and does not interfere with the normal production and life of surrounding units and residents.

The following materials shall be submitted when applying for a place for religious activities

1, application documents of religious groups;

3. A description of the religious citizens in the proposed place;

4. Basic information (resumes) and household registration, resident status and faculty identity certificates of the faculty members who intend to preside over religious activities;

5. Basic information (resumes), household registration and resident identity documents of the members of the preparatory organization to be established (religious faculty members also need to provide copies of their ID cards and relevant certificates of religious beliefs for religious citizens);

6. Capital certificate issued by the bank;

7. To be appointed as the government department of village, township (street);

8. Land use procedures issued by the land department of the county government;

9, the county government construction and planning departments issued by the construction and planning procedures;

10. Other relevant materials that need to be provided (such as the plan of the proposed site, aerial view, photos of historical houses, stone carvings, etc.). ).

Article 7 In the sites for religious activities, the management organizations of the sites for religious activities may operate and sell religious articles, religious artworks and religious books and periodicals in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.
