Wang Jiangong was born in August 1936 in Wangdu County, Hebei Province. Deputies to the Seventh National People's Congress, the Eleventh Congress of the Communist Youth League, the People's Congress of Shanxi Province, the Fifth Congress of Shandong Province, the Twelfth Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), and alternate members of the 12th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
