1976 graduated from Wuhan institute of physical education with a bachelor's degree, 1982 master's degree in education from Shanghai institute of physical education, 1987- 1988 majoring in sports management from Ghent university, Belgium. /kloc-0 was named associate professor of sports management in 1992, and/kloc-0 was promoted to professor in 1995. He has served as the director of the research office of sports sociology, the director of the teaching and research section of sports management, the director of sports management and the director of sports psychology and health rehabilitation, the dean of sports school of economics and management and the tutor of master students. He is also a member of the Sports Management Teaching Material Group of the National Institute of Physical Education and the chairman of the Sports Management Professional Committee of Hubei Sports Science Society. He used to be the director of the Academic Affairs Office of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education. He is currently the Dean of the Graduate School of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education.
