Biography of Man and Tiger is a legendary novel in classical Chinese of Han nationality in Tang Dynasty. It is included in 427 volumes of Taiping Guangji, formerly known as Zheng Li, and annotated with Xuanbaozhi. The story about the sea in ancient and modern times also included this article, which was renamed as Biography of Man and Tiger. The author Zhang Du, the grandson of Zhang Jian in Tang Dynasty, is also a saint. This article mainly describes the story of Zheng Li becoming a tiger and asking his friend Zhuo Yuan to take care of his wife and children. The history of Zheng Li and Zhuoyuan does exist, but the plot of killing tigers is obviously made up by the author. There are many such stories throughout the ages, but this one is also a masterpiece.
