(1) Recruitment
Recently, I came into contact with the recruitment work because the positions of minister of Party-mass work department and secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of the company are both open to the society and the company. The preliminary work such as determining recruitment channels, publishing recruitment advertisements, drafting competitive recruitment notices, screening resumes, summarizing resume information, and drawing interview suggestion forms has been completed, and the whole recruitment process will continue to be followed up.
(2) Training
In July, the focus was on training, and four trainings were organized successively, including official document writing, employee professionalization, quality development of Nanbeihu Lake, and leaders' messages. Among them, official document writing training was aimed at all employees of various departments and subsidiaries of the company, and the other three trainings were aimed at new employees. (3) remuneration
Wage accounting is a routine work. In addition to the monthly salary and welfare accounting, sometimes it is necessary to draw some other monetary income tables. (5) Organizational personnel
Organizing personnel is not my main job at this stage, but I have the honor to participate in the whole process of a probation inspection and a cadre promotion. These two jobs gave me a preliminary understanding of the work of organizing personnel.

Second, work experience
These three months of working time not only made me gradually familiar with the processing skills of various modules of human resources, but also made me cherish the working methods and work experience accumulated through these basic work. Under the guidance of teachers and other colleagues, I summed up the following experiences that benefited me a lot.

The ledger management method has played a great role in my three-month work, and I believe this working method will benefit me for life. In just three months, I have created many ledgers from scratch, which has enabled me to carry out a lot of work, saved a lot of time and improved the accuracy of handling transactions. Attending the meeting ledger let me know clearly when and where I attended the meeting on what topic, and provide the basis for the measures to be taken; The problem ledger clearly records what mistakes I made in what type of work and what solutions I took to help me not make similar mistakes again; The receipt ledger clearly records the documents of the year, month and organization, which provides a basis for the work arrangement of the human resources department; The wage change ledger records the details of the company's employees' wage changes in detail, which provides a basis for my zero mistakes in wage accounting. There are also work summary and work plan accounts, employee information accounts, education accounts, employee resignation accounts, employee leave accounts and so on. Every enrichment of various account books has facilitated my future work, and I will continue to use this method.
(2) Summarize the routines and make the work have a pattern.
Although the word routine seems to be a derogatory term at ordinary times, from another angle, I think routine is equivalent to norm, so with routine, there is a solidified mode of doing things. Under the guidance of teacher Zhang, I summed up several routines that I will stick to in the future. The first is the routine of human resource template. There are corresponding standardized processes for recruitment, training, performance, salary, entry and exit. And draw a flow chart for the specific program, which provides a model for dealing with similar problems in the future. The second is the routine of reporting work or asking questions, which usually has one step: think clearly about what the work is to report or ask questions, and find out the reason of the problem; What methods can be used to solve this problem, what methods will be used to solve the problem, and what is the path of this method; Want to know the above questions before reporting. The third is the routine of target management, that is, the SMART principle. Goals must be specific, measurable, achievable, related to other goals and time-limited. I always consider these factors when setting goals, which will make my work more efficient and standardized. The fourth is that the solution to the problem should follow the PDCA cycle, that is, the plan? Do what? Check? Apply the path of (action), after planning the process needed to solve the problem, follow the process, measure the process after the end, find out the gap with the expected result, and finally analyze the gap, find out the root cause of the problem and improve it. I haven't completely done these routines, but I'm still working hard.

This experience comes from my own mistakes. At that time, I got a problem to be solved, thought about it, and gave the finished product in my own eyes. The result was rejected because it was completely unqualified. In fact, at these times, I didn't try my best, which also led to no result in my work. This makes me understand that when dealing with anything at work, I should try my best, and I should consider perfection in any detail of my work. Even if you need to make great efforts, as long as it is feasible, you should do your work best and reach the realm of what the final result is when submitting the task. On the contrary, it is to put an end to the perfunctory mentality at work.

The above work experience is actually summed up from my own shortcomings, which further shows that I still have a lot to improve. In addition to adhering to the above work experience, I also plan to achieve the following short-term goals at the organizational and personal levels.

I have been in the company for more than three months and I am not familiar with the company's personnel information. Actually, this is my dereliction of duty. Therefore, I plan to be fully familiar with the detailed information of employees in various departments of the company by the end of the year, so that when Mr. Zhang asks, I can answer any employee's information and supplement and improve the relevant account information.

At present, the career planning is vague, only knowing that I will stick to the post of human resources.
