Zhang Yifan, male, Han nationality, was born in 1920, Shandong. It used to be Zhang Fulin and Zhang Tao. 1939 joined the revolutionary work, 1939 joined China in March and served as the deputy director of the Propaganda Department of Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. Main achievements: 1936 to 1937 studied in Shanxian Middle School. After the "July 7th Incident", the Communist Party of China (CPC) organized underground activities in Shanxian County to carry out anti-Japanese and national salvation propaganda activities in Zhanglou and Maliangji. 1939 studied in the military and political cadre school of Suluyu detachment of the Eighth Route Army in February, and participated in anti-Japanese and national salvation activities after graduation. Joined China in March of the same year. After graduation, he was assigned to the Shaanxi County Committee of the Communist Party of China to do clerical work, and soon transferred to the Huxi County Committee. He has served as a staff member of the Tuanjiebao, an instructor of the prefectural party committee, an editor and reporter of Huxi Daily, and a vice president of Huxi Popular Newspaper. 1September, 946, the party and government organs in Huxi withdrew northward with the army. Zhang Yifan and others led 22 comrades of the newspaper to fight guerrilla warfare and set up an armed propaganda team for the masses as vice captains.
