On March 27, 20 16, Tieling held a meeting of leading cadres in the city. The Liaoning Provincial Party Committee decided that Comrade Jiang Zhou should be appointed as a member, standing committee member and deputy secretary of Tieling Municipal Committee and nominated as a candidate for mayor of Tieling City. So Jiang Zhou moved from Dalian to Tieling, and his predecessor Sun Yi moved from Tieling to Huludao, becoming a member, standing committee member and secretary of Huludao Municipal Committee.
