Yang Changsheng, male, Han nationality, doctor degree. Born in June, 1978, associate professor of Northwestern Polytechnical University, tutor of master students. In 2002 and 2006, he successively obtained the master's degree and doctor's degree in signal and information processing from Northwestern Polytechnical University, and then entered the postdoctoral mobile station in armament science and technology and stayed there as a teacher. He is now a member of the International Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers (IEEE). Selected as the school-level "20 12 new orientation for newcomers".
