When I was a teenager, I studied in Bei 'an and Keshan. /kloc-joined the revolution in March, 1946, worked as a word picker in Heilongjiang Daily, and later worked as a director, reporter, editor and editor-in-chief of Tonglian. 1954, served as deputy director and editor-in-chief of Heilongjiang Radio and Television Station, deputy director of the Press Department of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, and deputy editor-in-chief of Harbin Daily. /KLOC-0 studied in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Senior Party School from September 1955 to February 1957. Later, he served as deputy director, director, office director and secretary of the Office of the Second Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.
