IV. Scope and target of recruitment

Graduates with technical secondary school education or above majoring in music and dance in full-time art colleges can refer to the registration.

Police officers are full-time policemen who graduated before the end of 20 12, graduates with technical secondary school or above in judicial colleges and full-time graduates with bachelor degree or above in public security major in other colleges; Police officers of law and procuratorate are full-time public security and judicial college graduates or above before the end of 20 12, and full-time public security and law college graduates or above. Due to the special requirements of political and legal work, this recruitment is mainly male.

Registration and qualification examination of intransitive verbs

The written test content is public basic knowledge and so on. The written test time is 90 minutes. The written test scores are included in the total score by 60%. After the written test, according to the order of the total written test scores from high to low, the interviewer will be determined according to the ratio of 65438+ 0.5 times the number of people planned for the recruitment position. Candidates with full-time master's degree and professional counterparts are exempt from written examination and interviewed directly.

(2) Interview

According to the needs of the post, the interview is conducted in the form of structured interview, lecture and talent show. The interview is scored according to the percentage system, and the interview results are included in the total score by 40%. All candidates for the master's degree participated in the interview.

Before the interview, the police officer post must also carry out physical fitness assessment, and the assessment items are in line with relevant state regulations. Those who fail the physical fitness assessment cannot participate in the interview. If the number of qualified people in physical fitness assessment does not reach 0.5 times of the planned number of 65438+, it shall be determined according to the actual number. If the number of people participating in the interview is less than or equal to the planned number of people, and there is no competition, candidates must score 70 points or more in the interview before entering the medical examination and inspection.

(4) Physical examination and evaluation

After the written test and interview, according to the number of people to be hired according to the recruitment position plan, the candidates for physical examination and assessment are determined according to the total score of the exam from high to low (the total score of the exam = written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%, and the total score of the interview for master students).

The physical examination shall be conducted with reference to the civil service physical examination standards. Physical examination personnel shall go to the medical institutions designated by the recruitment leading group for physical examination, and those who pass the physical examination shall conduct a comprehensive assessment.

The examination mainly examines the ideological and political quality, moral quality and realistic performance of qualified medical staff, and rechecks their qualifications and other information.

Those who fail the physical examination or assessment shall not be employed.

According to the total test scores, physical examination results and assessment, the city recruitment leading group will determine the list of personnel to be hired. Publicize it in Fenyang Public Information Network and Municipal Committee Courtyard for 7 working days and accept social supervision. If the problem is true and does not meet the recruitment conditions, the employment qualification will be cancelled. Vacant recruitment places will not be replenished.

Eight. Employment and treatment
