Measure the gap between each guide vane with a feeler gauge. Vertical requirements of guide vanes: No line 5 is allowed to pass through the gap, and some guide vanes are required to be within line 15, 65438. (6) Check whether there are any left-over items in the volute, and close the volute into the door after confirming that there are no left-over items.
(7) Clean up the sundries and rubbish in the collecting well, check that the six drainage pumps are running normally, and check whether there is any blockage of rubbish and sundries, and clean up the blocked sundries.
During inspection:
(1) 1#, 2# and 3# units are lubricated again due to cracks in the screw nut and gasket lubricating oil in the manhole.
(2) 1 # unit's inner flow channel and pipe wall are seriously fouled and corroded, which should be polished and painted in the next overhaul project.

(5) In the process of cleaning up and checking the garbage in the collecting well and the drainage pump, it is found that there is water backflow when the 5# drainage pump stops working, and it is judged that the check valve is abnormal, and post-treatment.
(6) In the process of assisting Comrade Tian to supply gas to Unit 2, the oil level dropped rapidly, the automatic gas supply device leaked gas, and the pressure distribution valve leaked oil, so it was post-treated.
(7) Assist Comrade Tian in hoisting the tailrace gates of 1#, 2# and 3# units, and find that the manhole of the volute of 1# unit is leaking. After re-reinforcement, there is no leakage.
(8) It is time-consuming and laborious to disassemble and assemble the connecting rod of the tailrace gate, and it needs to be maintained in the later work.
After the work, dismantle the safety measures taken at the site, remove the working power supply, return the safety instruments, clean up the health of the work site, and handle the work of ending the working ticket.
Finally, the matters needing attention and shortcomings in this overhaul process:
