Zhou, male, Han nationality, born in Danyang, Jiangsu Province,1July 1955, party member, China, ranks in the Chinese People's Liberation Army. He graduated from the Logistics Command College of the Chinese People's Liberation Army with a bachelor's degree and was a delegate to the 12th National People's Congress (PLA delegation). He is currently the Minister of Military Supplies and Oils of the General Logistics Department of China People's Liberation Army.
