Maybe some people will be surprised, disdainful and bored when they see the title of this post, and they will think that I am bragging, but no matter what opinions you have to comment on me, I will throw this pebble into the sea and let him set off a small wave.
I graduated in the summer of 2004. Unfortunately, it caught up with the graduation tide of Huada after the first enrollment expansion. All college students, whether they are famous universities, ordinary undergraduate courses, junior colleges or famous schools, are printing resumes to find jobs. Half a year before graduation, I joined the tide of job hunting, but for various reasons, I didn't find a job (I worked in several places for a while, but I didn't persist). After eating money at home for three months, my parents were in trouble. Last chance, I submitted my resume online and found a small software company, the position is local maintenance staff (this company is from Guangzhou, and my hometown has a big project to do. In order to save costs, I recruited local employees in my hometown, so I went to the interview in a daze. It took several days to find out that this company turned out to be a software company. In this way, I became a novice software engineer. I remember when I first entered the company, my monthly salary was very low. The probation period was one month 1000, and no benefits were received. When I was on a business trip, I gave 15 yuan/day more subsidies, which can be said to be very low income. I have to work overtime at night and I don't rest on Saturday and Sunday. It's hard to imagine that I really did such a job, perhaps because I thought it was not easy to find a job, and I was not afraid of any hardship, but it was really painful at that time. Due to the company's lack of funds, it delayed 10 days and almost starved to death. After three months' hard work, my working ability was recognized by the head office, and I successfully became a regular employee with a monthly salary of 1700 (. Not afraid of jokes, I didn't think at that time that this level was already a white-collar worker (alas, this is the economic level of my hometown). But I still work overtime until 12 at night, and I have no rest on Saturday and Sunday. In this way, I worked hard for a year and paid off the debt of 1 000. I remember when I gave money to my parents, I felt relaxed and almost didn't fly to the sky.
The following year, at the beginning of 2006, I was transferred to Henan Province by the company to do bigger projects, but due to internal contradictions among company leaders, many colleagues jumped ship. In order to stabilize me, the company promoted me to supervisor and senior engineer for the first time and turned me into a full-time employee in Guangzhou. When I walked out of Zhengzhou Railway Station through the snow and braved the cold wind, my salary reached 3,500 yuan/month, business trip allowance11day, and supervisor allowance 500 yuan/month. Due to the long-term business trip in other places, the monthly income is stable at 7,000 yuan/month, and there are about 30,000 year-end awards every year. Of course, if there is gain, there must be input. That stupid project almost killed me. I get off work at three o'clock every night and go to work at half past nine in the morning. Sleeping has become the most extravagant enjoyment. Once I had a meeting with Party A, I fainted while I was talking. There is also a record of not sleeping for 40 hours in a row, and I was sick several times. The most regrettable thing is that grandma passed away and didn't go home to have a look. This is unfilial. After another year of hard work, I have 70,000 yuan in my bank account.
Oh, it's not over yet. I forgot to add that our company was acquired by another big company this year, so I have a stable income and my salary is paid on time. Everyone may have heard of this company. Its name is ZTE, and its English name is ZTE. It is the second largest telecom manufacturer in China (the first is Huawei). The desk has not changed, the computer has not changed, colleagues have not changed, leaders have not changed, and the company has changed. The funniest thing is that a colleague jumped to ZTE before, and the result is equivalent to not jumping, or an old colleague.
In the third year, that is, in February 2007, the project in Henan was successfully completed, and I got on the plane back to Guangzhou, waiting for the business task of the department minister. The result was unexpected. I was sent to Pakistan! Actually, this is a good thing. Many colleagues are rushing to go abroad, but because they want to spend the Spring Festival abroad, many people finally backed out, and I am a person who has no worries except my parents, so I readily agreed. I packed my bags, crossed the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, Kunlun Mountain and Ural Mountain, and finally arrived in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. By this time, it has been 9 months, I smell like a bus, I am used to chatting in English, and I like fried juice and Afghan barbecue, but the biggest change is my income. Wages and bonuses have not changed, just subsidies. As Pakistan is a war-torn country, the subsidy is relatively high, 55 yuan/day. Hehe, this RMB is not RMB, but US dollars. Roughly calculated, my current monthly income is 16000 yuan/month. And the happiest thing is to work overtime until 10 at night and rest on Saturday and Sunday. Then, I am very confused, and my monthly salary is over 10,000.
Looking back on the past three years, everything was so difficult, but my income spiraled like a helicopter. But that's not what I want to say in my post. The last thing I want to say to my brothers and sisters is: bitter first, then sweet. Only by enduring humiliation, being conscientious and not afraid of hard work can we reap the fruits of victory, and nothing can be gained by any luck. Do you want to find a job with a monthly salary of over 10 thousand, two weekends a week and nine to five as soon as you graduate? All right! Go to sleep, maybe in your dream!
