Time flies, we will open a new chapter and seek new job opportunities. Let's learn to write resumes together. So how to write a resume? The following is my resume for everyone. What if there is nothing to write? Welcome to share.
For newcomers in the workplace, especially fresh graduates or students looking for internships, this is the main object of my answer. Of course, it does not include high flyers, which resumed diplomatic relations with North Korea. It is mainly aimed at students or newcomers with uncompetitive past experience.
Because your work experience is little or basically zero, and enterprises can receive a lot of resumes when recruiting middle and low-end positions, so they will inevitably face a screening process.
At this time, a good resume can make you stand out, especially for fresh graduates or interns, who may not submit resumes to enterprises through recruitment websites.
So it is also necessary to learn to make a beautiful resume by yourself.
First of all, we need to make it clear that all the functions of a resume are to get you an interview opportunity through screening. If you are sure that you really understand the above sentence, then let's continue.
1, self-evaluation is useless.
Especially something like "I don't have any special skills now, but I work hard and study hard".
Self-evaluation is really a virtual thing. There is no need to make the enterprise believe you. The more you talk about HR, the more you feel that you have a tendency to brag. Of course, self-evaluation is not impossible to write. It is necessary to combine examples, speak with data, reduce subjective description and enhance persuasiveness.
2. You don't need to write many awards and skills.
I once read a very powerful resume, and the content of school practice is very much. When I look at it carefully, it is basically "a party as a makeup artist", and every post as a makeup artist is listed.
When HR sees your resume, do you think he will look up to you because you can make up? It's impossible, but you will feel that your understanding of resume and work is very unclear.
Remember, everything on your resume will either add color to you or lower your score.
As for awards, to be honest, the first prize and the grand prize are more convincing. Other outstanding student cadres and the like, HR people have all studied in universities, knowing that these brands actually have little gold content, and there is really no need to wear them.
In addition, when filling in some weighty awards, you can indicate the percentage of the top grade, which is more convincing.
3. Do you want to write about student union work and class work?
Look at the specific situation, and write if you feel that it has weight. For example, you have organized large-scale activities at school level, or organized students to complete difficult activities. Anyone who can objectively experience your organizational skills, communication skills and expression skills can write.
However, if you just muddle along with students' homework and do some activities without bright spots, there is really no need to write it down.
Remember, no matter what experience you write, you should highlight the key points. If you can highlight your role in it and show your ability, you should write it down. If you only signed up for the event, but want to add color to the event on your resume, there is a great chance that the interviewer will be speechless in the interview, so don't do it. Forgery and claiming that the address is unknown are behaviors that HR abhors.
4. Volunteer activities
I suggest you do it several times in college life, whether for utilitarian purposes or dedication. This can be filled in your resume, which can improve HR's impression of you.
5. Part-time experience
There may be some part-time experience before internship. Write it down and list what value you have created and learned from your part-time job (HR will definitely ask this question).
Having a part-time job experience at least proves that you have a rough contact with society, and most college students are engaged in low-level and service-oriented jobs, so at least you can give people the impression that you can bear hardships and work.
6. Off-campus activities
Basically, it can be written, such as going out for research (preferably done independently) and organizing summer camp activities. Because off-campus activities are basically carried out by yourself and usually require certain ability, off-campus activities can generally add a lot of color to your resume.
