Comrade Pan/KLOC-0 joined the work in July, 1982, and successively engaged in the teaching of Chinese, geography and ideological and political subjects in middle schools. Because of his outstanding teaching achievements, he was selected as a member of Anqing senior professional title qualification evaluation expert database. In 2007 1 month, he was named the first senior high school ideological and political teacher in Anqing.

Since Comrade Pan joined the work, from 1998 to February 2003, he successively served as the head teacher, director, member, deputy secretary and secretary of the Youth League Committee of Tiancheng Middle School in Anhui Province, deputy director, director and vice president of the Political and Educational Affairs Department, and served as the principal in 1 2003. In August 2007, he was transferred to Tongcheng No.2 Middle School as the principal and party branch secretary.
