Guo Wensan is currently the chairman and party secretary of Anhui Conch Group Co., Ltd., the chairman of Anhui Conch Co., Ltd., the chairman of Anhui Conch Venture Capital Co., Ltd., the vice chairman of China Building Materials Industry Association and the expert of the expert committee of China International Engineering Consulting Company. Under the leadership of the management team headed by Comrade Guo Wensan, Conch Group with Ningguo Cement Plant as the main body was established. With the pace of China's reform and opening up for 30 years, Conch has gone through a rapid growth path from scratch to a large enterprise group, creating a unique development model of Conch, and creating a precedent of low investment and localization in China cement industry. China has successively built the first new dry production demonstration line with a daily output of 5,000 tons, the first new dry normal line with a daily output of 1 10,000 tons, and the first clinker production base with a production capacity of110,000 tons.

Comrade Guo Wensan also devoted himself to the development of circular economy, the application and popularization of waste heat power generation technology, and the commissioning of municipal waste incineration projects, and completed one of the ten key projects of energy conservation and emission reduction, making Conch the leader of China cement industry and the vanguard of industrial restructuring, creating miracles one after another in China cement industry, setting up a century-old monument, and forming a new group management pattern of "deep-rooted main business and flourishing other industries". In order to build the cement industry, Comrade Guo Wensan has profound research on the cement industry technology and has 30 years of management experience in cement enterprises. He has successively won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award for the key technology and equipment development and engineering application project of new dry-process cement production issued by the State Council, the National May 1st Labor Medal, the National Model Worker of Building Materials System, and the excellent enterprise manager of Anhui Province. Anhui Provincial People's Government awarded him the "Contribution Award" and other honors.
