Huilai County, a county under the jurisdiction of Jieyang City, Guangdong Province, was called Kuiyang in ancient times. Located in the southeast coastal area of Guangdong Province, it is adjacent to Chaonan District of Shantou City in the east, Lufeng of Shanwei City in the west, Puning in the north and Nanhai in the south.
