In the past semester, our students took part in a series of activities, such as preparing lessons, giving lectures, attending classes and evaluating classes. Looking back on these months' study, we feel that we have gained a lot in preparing lessons, attending classes, and improving teaching concepts and teaching levels.

We listened to "Missing in Autumn" by Senior One and "The Beauty of Forever Persistence" by Senior Two. In the practice of attending classes and the evaluation of experts, I further realize that Chinese class is not a simple language knowledge class, but a language training class. In Chinese teaching, teachers' accurate and comprehensive interpretation of texts is the basis of teaching. A good class not only needs teachers to carefully consult relevant materials, but also needs teachers to carefully read and think about every detail, so as to flexibly control the classroom, enable students to enrich the language by learning words and sentences, and finally realize the transfer of knowledge and language. If the teacher talks too much in class, giving feedback to the students about his understanding of the text will make the students not impressed and unable to understand the text. Therefore, students should be given enough opportunities to read the text in class. It is very reasonable for xu teacher to give students at least 15 minutes to think and practice. Only by letting students read more books can they truly appreciate the thoughts and emotions of the text. Teachers should be the enlighteners and guides of the classroom, and students are the masters of the classroom. It is necessary to arouse the enthusiasm of students to participate in the classroom, so that the teaching effect will naturally be good. In text teaching, overall perception is very important. Let students have a general understanding of the article at the beginning, and then grasp the key words and phrases to better carry out the later classroom teaching.

The composition instruction class in grade three gives us a new understanding and inspiration for composition teaching. Teacher Wang Zhiyu's composition evaluation is suitable for the students in this class. Classes pay full attention to students' subjectivity, and can prepare lessons according to the actual situation of class students, and choose students' own compositions to modify in teaching. The review method and the formula for refining words at the end of class are innovative. Her own composition is concise and catchy, which helps students remember and use it, and guides them to pay attention to the choice of words and sentences. Teachers Xu Jianhong and Chen Danhua start with famous sentences in classroom teaching, which leads to classroom teaching content, gives students a vivid impression, and guides students to choose composition materials by analyzing famous sentences and selecting materials from celebrities. Teacher Song and Teacher Liu choose the classic articles in Chinese books as examples of composition classes, which is undoubtedly a good model for students, and it is also a process of approaching and feeling the classics. This is as xu teacher said: "We should combine the writing class with the reading class and make full use of the teaching materials." It turns out that masterpieces are not limited to reading classes, but also can shine in composition classes. There are many places worth learning in the composition classes of several teachers. Xu teacher told us an important teaching idea-give students enough time to think and practice, and give students 15 minutes to think and answer in the teaching process. Giving students enough time to think and practice will make them think more deeply and avoid rushing for success. Although I paid attention to this aspect when preparing lessons, it is difficult to implement it in classroom teaching.

My first class, about how to write a good narrative, didn't go through sufficient thinking, which led to the whole class's loose front and tight back. I spent more time on the guidance of several methods, leaving too little time for students to practice, resulting in insufficient time for final communication, which made the most brilliant part not presented. I'm sorry. After class reflection, I think that after listing several writing methods at the beginning, students should start with the problems that often appear in students' exercises and let them evaluate and revise each other, which not only tests their mastery, but also has practical experience. On this basis, it is more effective for students to make up the beginning of the composition. In addition, there can be some changes in explaining several opening remarks, which will attract students' attention and expand their thinking.

The study life of the guidance group really made me feel the love of the guidance teacher for education. Several instructors spared no effort to impart their valuable experience and exquisite skills to us without reservation. Their dedication and love for education touched us and inspired us to study hard and strive for faster progress.
