Lu, 197 1 born,19871enlisted, studied in the Fine Arts Department of PLA Art College in 2004, and was a visiting scholar at Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts in 2008. He is currently the director and associate professor of the office of selecting and training reserve officers of the General Political Department, and holds the rank of senior colonel.

His works have been published in newspapers and periodicals inside and outside the military for many times. Won many awards for excellence.
