Lan Yong, male, 1962 was born in Luzhou, Sichuan in June. 1983 graduated from the History Department of Southwest Normal University with a bachelor's degree, 1983 ~ 1986 worked in the 56005 army of the People's Liberation Army, 1989 China, graduated from Southwest Normal University with a master's degree in ancient history, and stayed in school. 1990 was promoted from teaching assistant to associate researcher, and 1994 was promoted from associate researcher to professor. He is currently the director of the Institute of Historical Geography of Southwest University, the director and professor of the Southwest Historical Geography Research Center, and the academic leader of the doctoral program in historical geography. He was selected as the first-class candidate of the New Century Excellent Talents Program of the Ministry of Education, the "322 Talents Program" of Chongqing, the leader of social science in Chongqing, and the academic and technical leader of Chongqing. He has presided over more than 30 vertical and horizontal projects, published more than 20 books, published more than 80 papers/kloc-0, and published more than 30 essays.
