First of all, put yourself in HR's shoes. When you face several recruitment platforms every day and want to read thousands of resumes, what do you want to read most? It must be clear at a glance, simple and clear, highlight the core advantages, and understand the meaning in one sentence.
Because in the first paragraph of self-introduction, you must highlight your personal core competence advantages.
Education: (if you are a graduate student or above, MBA, 2 1 1, 985 or a well-known overseas school), you must write it, and if your major meets the JD requirements of recruitment, you must also write it. (If the school has no bright spots, it can be left to newcomers who are not in the workplace. )
Certificate: For the project manager, it depends on the industry. For example, the construction industry needs one building and two buildings, and the Internet industry needs PMP. ). As long as you can correspond to JD, highlight your ability and meet the post, write it down. If you have a certificate but it has nothing to do with JD, please don't show up.
Background: How many years of working experience as a project manager (write numbers), what kind of enterprise you are engaged in (be sure to write the most famous company in your experience), which projects you have been in charge of (the most famous and the best achievements), and what achievements you have made (list performance data).
Other abilities: you should first look at the job requirements in JD and try to rely on your own abilities, but no matter what abilities you have, you must have proof and examples. (For example, I love design and won the XX prize in the competition; I have strong communication skills. I used to be a cross-departmental and cross-enterprise contact person.
In addition: self-introduction must be objective. In the screening of all resumes, the first thing I see is the content of self-introduction. Don't brag too much, but highlight yourself.
2. Work experience
Company, professional title, department, reporting object and whether there are subordinates are all basic.
If your company is not very famous, I suggest you introduce the company briefly in a paragraph first.
For experienced people in the workplace, it is suggested that the big framework should be job responsibilities+job performance, written in two paragraphs, because the combination is unclear, and HR looks dizzy.
Job responsibilities: responsible for XX content+completing XX work by means of XX.
Job performance: XX is responsible for job responsibilities, specific development, project+project achievements/awards won/how many performance targets achieved (data must be listed).
PS: The project manager must have many completed projects, all of which can be illustrated by examples and written into his work performance. If it is a third party, you can write the name of the customer you have served.
3. Others
I mainly focus on experienced professionals, so other contents are not the focus of my resume. Of course, if you have participated in job-related training, you can also list it.
