As a coach of traffic driving school, I obey the arrangement of school leaders, unite with teachers and colleagues, take good care of every group of students arranged by the school, and complete the teaching task of driving training for students in the past year with the support of school leaders and the mutual help of colleagues. Over the past year, I have strictly abided by national policies, decrees and school rules, safeguarded my professional reputation, safeguarded collective interests, improved my professional responsibility and been loyal to my duties. Carry out teaching work under the organization and guidance of school leaders, warmly receive every batch and every student assigned to my car by the school, answer questions for every student fairly, responsibly and patiently, especially for some students with slow acceptance ability, patiently and meticulously teach students in accordance with their aptitude, so that every student can master driving skills and safety operation procedures. In the teaching work, it is also the process of my further study. One or even each group of students has their own learning characteristics. I use different teaching methods for different students, so that I can accumulate experience over time and gradually improve my teaching methods and skills. These experiences have been fully applied in the later teaching process. In the whole teaching process, I earnestly strengthen the management of students and strictly enforce student discipline. When driving on the road, strictly abide by traffic rules and safety operation procedures; When training in the venue, do a good job of preaching the safety operation rules in advance and remind them in time to avoid accidents. Set an example by yourself, make sure that you are a mentor when you get on the bus and a friend when you get off the bus, so that students can study in a relaxed and friendly environment. Vehicle is a teaching tool. First of all, I take the lead in caring for the equipment, lead the students to do the daily maintenance and maintenance of the vehicle, keep the vehicle clean and tidy, keep the technical condition in good condition, care for the items attached to the vehicle, and organize the students of this vehicle to give practical guidance on the diagnosis, troubleshooting and daily maintenance of the vehicle. Over the past year, with the strong support of school leaders and the help of colleagues, I have made some achievements in my work, but I still have many shortcomings. In the future, I will continue to learn from other excellent teachers with an open mind, raise my teaching methods and skills to a new level, better serve my work and achieve better results in my work in the coming year.
