Here I have drawn a radar map with years of experience. According to this radar map, you can write a resume that stands out.
Miya's Seven Principles and Methods
1) personal brand
Who are you and how influential you are in the industry? Do you have your own blog/media? Do you have any thoughts about this industry in your blog/from the media? How many fans do you have? Are you an expert in this field? These are your personal brands.
2) Project experience
Focus, don't list all your project experiences, but provide one or two projects that can show your strength.
3) Industry background
What is your background? How many years have you worked in this field? Do you have any experience in other industries? These are all very important.
4) Conceptual cognition
What is your conceptual understanding of this industry? Your knowledge of an industry can determine your position in this industry.
5) Future vision
What are your plans for the future? Do you plan to dig deep into this field for a long time?
6) Tool skills
What skills do you have? What tools can you use? Many positions in the company require employees' skills. For example, the product director can skillfully use prototype tools such as AxureRP and is good at PPT.
7) Cultural style
Does your culture conflict with the company culture? Is your style similar to the main style of the company?
These are the seven principles of your resume that will make you stand out from the crowd. Compare, see what you lack, strengthen, and you will get different results.
