The method is as follows:

1. Click View to switch to outline mode.

2. Select the title of each level, click the "Text Text" drop-down menu, and select the corresponding title level, 1-9, 1 highest.

3. After setting all the titles, click View to switch to Page mode. Then point the cursor to the location where the directory is inserted, click Reference-Insert Directory, set the style attribute of the directory in the pop-up window, and confirm.

4. After the directory is inserted, when the text directory changes, just right-click "Update Domain" on the directory page to update the directory.
