18 years ago, Xiao-Ting Pan lived in Jining. She was born in Yanzhou and grew up in Jining.

In 2000, in order to better develop their career, the Xiao-Ting Pan family moved to Shanghai, where they had more competitive opportunities.

2007. 10. 19 coincides with the double ninth festival. The Xinxin Xiao-Ting Pan Club, located at No.773 siping road, Yangpu District, Shanghai, opened with nearly 50 tables, which can be said to provide a platform for billiards lovers to learn from each other and communicate with each other. On the opening day, the club held the "Xinxin" Cup Shanghai 9-ball mixed concession match, in which Xiao-Ting Pan, Fengbang Zhao and Fu Jianbo all appeared.
