No one is born with a certificate, which requires a good attitude. Now that I realize my own shortcomings, I will make up for them later. As for how to fill in the blanks, you can probably write something like "proficient in computer work, proficient in using office software, what position you have held, and strong teamwork, learning and communication skills" and find another way.
