1938 Participated in Shanxi Youth Anti-enemy Decision-making, and joined China in the same year. He used to be the chief of the Finance and Food Section of the Second Commissioner of Taihang, the deputy director of the Finance Department of the Administrative Office of Taihang, and the fourth Commissioner of Hubei. After the establishment of People's Republic of China (PRC), he served as deputy director of Hubei Provincial Department of Finance, deputy mayor of Wuhan, first secretary of Wuhan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, secretary of Hubei Provincial Committee and Shanxi Provincial Committee, director of Shanxi Provincial Gu Committee, deputy director of Hubei Provincial Gu Committee and member of the 12th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
