Of course, in this chaotic era, it is also a good time for countless men to make contributions, especially in the People's Liberation Army, where there are many heroes who have made great contributions to national rejuvenation and revolutionary victory. In recognition of their achievements, 1955 held a conferring ceremony in China, and conferred ranks according to their achievements. Among many generals, one "six-star general" is particularly eye-catching.

A battle-hardened general

This "six-star general" is Commander Hong Xuezhi. General Hong Xuezhi was born in Jinzhai County, Anhui Province, China, 19 13. At that time, bandits were rampant in Jinzhai County, and the local people were miserable. Because Jinzhai county is in the mountains, even if the government sends troops to fight bandits, bandits and other officers and men hide in the mountains as soon as they come, and they continue to burn, kill and plunder as soon as they leave, so the phenomenon that bandits are one of the evils has gradually become a local chronic disease.

But this situation was completely improved when Hong Xuezhi was fifteen years old, because in this year an organization called * * * led the army to Jinzhai County. When the Red Army arrived in the local area, the first thing it did was to fight "guerrilla warfare" with local bandits, but how could bandits be rivals of the Red Army? Before long, the local bandits were wiped out. Admired by this, Hong Xuezhi secretly joined the army and became a "kid" in the Red Army.

Later, Hong Xuezhi followed the Red Army around, took part in the battle against the Kuomintang opposition, and crossed the grass with large troops. He was hardly ill during the Long March, but it was this process that tempered Hong Xuezhe's will and laid a solid foundation for future revolutionary work.

During the war, Hong Xuezhi grew rapidly. In War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Hong Xuezhi, who was only in his twenties, became a league cadre and was entrusted with an important task by the Central Committee. After War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Hong Xuezhi was ordered to follow Lin Biao to the northeast, and later served as the first deputy commander of the 15th Corps in the "Four Fields" to participate in the War of Liberation.

The Korean War broke out in 195 1. Hong Xuezhi was ordered by the Central Committee to follow Mr. Peng to the Korean battlefield and served as the political commissar of the First Corps. He led a series of major combat missions such as the First Battle, the Second Battle, the Third Battle and the jincheng battle. It can be said that General Hong Xuezhi spent the first half of his life in battle.

"six-star general"

1955, the Central Committee organized the "conferring ceremony" for PLA generals, and Hong Xuezhi was awarded the rank of general for his great contribution to the revolutionary work. However, it didn't take long for the whole country to develop some radical policies. The rank system was abolished during this period, and Hong Xuezhi and many heroes who made great contributions to the revolution suddenly lost this honor, leaving only their titles.

Hong Xuezhi himself didn't care about this. The older generation of revolutionaries have the ambition of "recommending Xuanyuan with blood if they don't pay attention to me". They took part in revolutionary work in order to create a "new China where everyone can eat and wear warm clothes and will not be bullied by foreigners". As for their personal rise and fall, they don't care.

Therefore, even if Hong Xuezhi loses this honor, he will continue to actively contribute his light and heat to the construction of new China in his post. During this period, Hong Xuezhi also participated in China's military command actions against Indian and Vietnamese, and won a great victory.

By 1988, the social order in China gradually returned to stability, and the CPC Central Committee decided to restore the rank system in the army. In this conferring activity, Hong Xuezhi was awarded the rank of general again. Because both titles were awarded the rank of general, the general had three stars on his shoulder strap, and because Hong Xuezhi had two experiences as a "general", many former comrades ridiculed Hong Xuezhi as a "six-star general" when they saw Hong Xuezhi.

Of course, Zhang Wen also assumed the responsibility of being a mother and educated her children well, especially her eldest son Hong Hu and her second son Hong Bao. Hong Hu liked reading since he was a child, but when he grew up, he devoted himself to politics and served the people wholeheartedly. Hongbao inherited his father's bravery and joined the army when he grew up. He also participated in the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea without telling his father, and won many honors. Today, Hong Hu has become the governor of Jilin Province, Hong Bao has also become a major general of the Republic, and Zhang Wen is a hundred years old.
