At present, Shanghai Dermatology Hospital is the only public tertiary specialized hospital with dermatoses and sexually transmitted diseases as its main diagnosis and treatment features, with 260 approved beds and more than 600 employees.

The specialty features of the hospital are remarkable, with a complete branch of dermatology and venereal diseases, 18 clinical medicine department and research department, specialized diagnosis and treatment departments for psoriasis, onychomycosis, allergic dermatoses, hair diseases and herpes zoster, and specialized outpatient clinics for acne, atopic dermatitis, urticaria, vitiligo, chloasma, bullous dermatoses, connective tissue diseases, skin tumors and scars.

It is at the leading level in China in the safety and efficacy evaluation of cosmetics, clinical application of ALA photodynamic therapy, diagnosis and treatment of neurosyphilis, experimental diagnosis of sexually transmitted diseases and diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis.

Under the leadership of the director of the nursing department, the head nurse and the professional guidance of the department director, the nursing staff are required to formulate the undergraduate nursing plan according to the nursing quality standard, work plan and undergraduate situation of the nursing department, and organize its implementation.

Under the guidance of the dean and department heads, the management personnel are responsible for completing their own jobs in accordance with work policies, systems and relevant regulations.

2. Recruitment objectives and conditions

2. 1 Physician position: with medical postgraduate education and degree, with doctor qualification certificate.
