The state practices a system of job classification for civil servants.
According to the nature, characteristics and management needs of civil servant positions, civil servant positions are divided into comprehensive management, professional technology and administrative law enforcement. According to this law, if there are special posts that need to be managed separately, other post categories can be added. The scope of application of each type of work shall be stipulated separately by the state.
Article 17
The state implements the parallel system of civil servants' positions and ranks, and sets up the sequence of civil servants' leadership positions and ranks according to their positions and responsibilities.
Article 18
The leadership positions of civil servants are set according to the Constitution, relevant laws and institutional norms.
The levels of leadership positions are divided into: national chief, national deputy, provincial chief, provincial deputy, bureau chief, bureau deputy, county deputy, county deputy, township deputy and township deputy.
What conditions do civil servants have to take?
1, with People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) nationality;
2. At least 18 years old;
3. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);
4. Good conduct;
5. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;
6. Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the post;
7. Have a college degree or above.
