Meng Man, female, Manchu, born in Pingquan, Hebei Province, is a famous historian and a doctor of history in Peking University. At present, he is an associate professor at the School of History and Culture of Central University for Nationalities, a master tutor, and a leading figure in China ancient history. The main research fields are the history of Sui, Tang and Five Dynasties and the history of ancient women in China.

Since 2007, he has attended CCTV lecture halls for five times, giving lectures on Wu Zetian, Princess Taiping, Song of Eternal Sorrow, the Great Sui Dynasty, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, Yang Guifei, etc., and published corresponding books.
