Such a form seems to be a template for a resume. Adjust the width of the form as follows:

1, select the cell of 1 and pull the vertical line on the right side until it is aligned with the thick line. If not, then pull the position of the thick line to align with the vertical line above.

2. For lines 2, 3 and 4 below, select column 2, align the left side of the vertical line with columns 3-4, and then pull them together.
