Liaoyang No.1 Vocational Secondary School, referred to as Liaoyang No.1 Vocational College for short, is the only national key vocational secondary school in the city. It is a model school, a civilized unit, an advanced unit of moral education and an advanced unit of provincial vocational and technical education named by the provincial and municipal governments and education authorities, ranking 10 among the 50 national key secondary vocational schools in the province. The school has 57 classes, more than 2,740 students, 450 boarders and 148 faculty members. Since 2006, some majors in our school have been jointly run with vocational colleges in Qingdao, Beijing, Tianjin, Suzhou and other places, providing more space for students to study, practice and find jobs in other provinces and cities.
