Influenced by his father since childhood, he began to practice martial arts.

65438-0976 Participated in the training class of Yunnan Wushu coaches, and studied under famous martial artists such as Sha, He and Kang. Learned the eight diagrams palm, Xingyiquan, Tongan, Tai Ji Chuan, Changquan, knife, gun, sword, stick and other boxing equipment.

/kloc-in 0/978, he was admitted to the Physical Education Institute of Yunnan Normal University as an elective martial arts course, and was taught by Jing and other teachers, systematically learning martial arts theories and boxing equipment such as knife, gun, sword, stick, gossip, Fanziquan, Tongbeiquan, drunken boxing and eagle claw boxing.

1982 After graduation, he was assigned to teach in Honghe Prefecture Normal School for Nationalities, and served as secretary of the Youth League Committee, student union instructor and Honghe Prefecture Wushu coach.

1985-93 served as deputy director of the coaching department of Honghe sports school and male and female martial arts coaches.

1983 participated in the National Wushu Excavation and Arrangement Conference held in Chengde as a Yunnan delegation.

During the period of 1988, he participated in the national training course for coaches of Tai Ji Chuan competition routines, got the guidance of famous martial artists and professors such as Zhang Shan, Li Bingci, Yan Guixiang, and obtained the qualification certificate in the examination, and systematically mastered the Tai Ji Chuan competition routines of Sun, Yang, Chen and Wu styles.

1995- 1996 studied for a master's degree in the martial arts department of Beijing Sport University, and studied under famous martial artists such as Men Huifeng, Xu, Zhu Ruiqi and Kan Guixiang. Systematically studied the theories and techniques of Xingyiquan, Bagua Palm, various Tai Ji Chuan, Taiji Pushing Hands, Taiji Sword, Sanda and other martial arts.

1993 as a talent introduction, he was transferred to the Physical Education College of Yunnan Normal University as a full-time martial arts teacher.

In 2000, he was transferred to Yunnan Police College as a talent introduction, and served as an instructor of martial arts and police capture fighting in China. Since then, he has been the director of the police sports department. His deeds have been included in more than 20 dictionaries such as China Contemporary Martial Arts Celebrities, and also reported by CCTV, Yunnan TV, Yunnan Daily, Yunnan Daily Overseas Edition, Spring City Evening News, Workers Daily, Wulin Magazine and China Martial Arts Magazine.
