Demobilized officers, according to their work experience, education, expertise, etc. , and according to the corresponding rank number and job requirements announced by each resettlement unit, each person shall fill in three volunteers from the municipal government organs and units, namely, the public security and judicial units 1 volunteers, and two volunteers from other units directly under the municipal government, and distinguish them according to the order of volunteers. Volunteers who do not meet the requirements of rank and post shall be treated as invalid volunteers when they are admitted. Once a volunteer is determined, it cannot be changed. Those who do not fill in their volunteers will not participate in the examination and assessment of municipal authorities, and will be resettled by the region and county (city) where the household registration is located.
Four. Examination contents and methods
(1) Written examination
Examination content: the examination content of demobilized officers above lieutenant colonel and professional and technical lieutenant colonel is "Shen Lun I"; Professional, professional and technical majors (including management majors below lieutenant colonel) include "Public Basic Knowledge" and "Shen Lun II". "Public Basic Knowledge" is an objective test, and the scope of the test mainly includes the public basic knowledge and current affairs and politics part of "Liaoning Province Planned Distribution of Demobilized Military Cadres Examination Review Textbook" in 2022; "Theology 1" and "Theology 2" are subjective topics, and no textbooks are specified. The full score of the "Shen Lun I" exam is100; The full marks of "Public Basic Knowledge" and "Shen Lun II" are 100 respectively.
Examination method: the objective examination paper takes the form of closing the book and filling in the title card, while the subjective examination paper takes the form of closing the book and answering in writing, with unified time, unified proposition and unified marking in the whole province. The specific examination work is organized and implemented by the Provincial Personnel Examination Center.
(2) Evaluation

Demobilized officers carefully read the registration commitment letter and agreed to fill in personal information. (3) On-site registration
1. Registration materials. Seven. Employment method
The Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs shall, jointly with the relevant units, do a good job in the recruitment and resettlement of demobilized cadres according to the comprehensive results of the positions applied for by demobilized officers from high to low and the planned number of units at all levels.
(1) If the number of volunteers in the same unit and at the same rank is less than or equal to the planned number of the unit, they will be admitted as volunteers.
(2) If the number of volunteers at the same rank in the same unit is more than the planned number of volunteers at the same rank in the same unit, they will receive resettlement from high score to low score according to the comprehensive scores of demobilized officers.
(3) Those who apply for demobilized officers of the same unit and have the same comprehensive scores will be given priority in admission; If the assessment results are the same, priority will be given to rank, rank, length of military service and high reward order.
(4) Where volunteers from different units are reported and employed by different units, the employing units shall be determined according to the order in which demobilized officers report their volunteers.
(5) Unemployed demobilized officers in government organs and institutions directly under the municipal government shall be placed by the district or county (city).
