Age or birthday

Birthday won't give you extra points, and it won't necessarily give you less points-but why take the risk? Will 2 1 year-old college graduates have an advantage over 22-year-old ones?

There are great differences between countries in providing age information, but one thing is certain: if you provide age information in your resume, recruiters may think you are too young or too old for a particular job.
